If I drink Nesquik that I stirred myself, do I still get the same benefits as if I were to drink the milk?

I would guess so nesquik is fortified so it might have more vitamins with the nesquik

It's about the same as drinking the milk with a vitamin supplement and a few pieces of candy. The vitamin and the candy don't take anything away from the milk.

Duh!!!! Yes, and a little more, Nesquik has a few vitamins in it..
