It is ok if your stomach will tolerate it. You should take them with a meal to avoid an upset stomach. If they start to bother you take the multivitamin with breakfast and the others with lunch.

If your multivitamin has iron in it already, do not take the additional iron supplement (unless you have been advised otherwise by a health professional).
If your multivitamin has b-12 in it already, you should not need the extra b-12 unless you're a vegetarian or have special need of extra b-12, but it's not likely to harm you.
It's always wise to check with your doc to make sure that your vitamins/minerals/herbal remedies don't conflict with each other or your meds. You can ask your pharmacist as well.

Check the label on the Multivitamin, most have 2x the amount you need
IE you only need 2.4 units a day of B-12, NS adds 50 mcg or 833% more than you need in one pill

It sounds ok, but only take the recommended amount on the package, and as always ask your doc if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Iron can be toxic to some people.

No i do no longer think of those may well be sufficient. the right supplementations will examine prenatals no longer woman's on the packaging. i might if I have been you bypass back and purchase prenatals and not possibility it (i'm 22 weeks pregnant myself)

it is okay to take those vitamins at the same time but you should eat a meal and then take it after. It help absorb.
