Hi, i am 78 lbs and i'm an 11 year old girl. I am about 4' 11'' or maybe 5' 00''. My size,somewhere between an 8 and a 12.I'm not overweight but i think i eat unhealthily.on sunday for dinner we were watching the oscars and i had chicken, salad, 4 cookies and 2 very small slices of cake. i dont normally eat like this but when i'm excited i eat a lot. Today 4 breakfast- cereal, lunch- toquitos, a plum, dinner- salad, rice and a bit a steak. i also just had "peeps." If i am overweight, how much so? Also, what are good ways to exersise? in school we have 15 minutes to exercise and 3 times a week we have PE. After school i play soccer against the wall for about 20-30 minutes. (not everyday, it depends how much homework i have so it varies but normally everyday when i get home, but recently its dropped down a bit so now its about 5 times a week) Please dont tell me i'm too young to be thinking about this i know but i'll stop thinking about it if someone tells me!
