Get your blood tested for vitamin/mineral deficiencies. You could be anemic and need more iron. You could need more B vitamins. If it's muscle weakness and pain, you could have a D deficiency. It's hard to know until you have a blood work-up.

Try exercising more and when you wake up do some stretching and rapid breathing (sounds weird, but it works) to get you out of bed.
Good luck!

Hi, first of all yes I know exactly how you are feeling, I take executive B stress formula by BLACKMORES if your a stressor because stress can make you tired, or I take LIBIDO by CENOVIS, this assist's with; Libido Support, Stress and Mild Anxiety Relief, Symtomatic relief of Meonpause and Relief of menstrual cycle symtoms, including tiredness... and it makes me feel good too, I also find if I go to bed early and get up early the same time every day that helps, because I know on the weekend when I go to bed late, and sleep in I feel really tired.
I hope I was some help. Good luck with the VITIMANS.
PS I am from Australia, so if they dont have them at your chemist, ask someone there.

my wife has similar symptoms and was diagnosed with depression and has been under treatment for about 8 years. Hers gets better at times and worse at times.

I tell her to take a good multivitamin with a lot of B or an extra B complex. She also uses one from her exercise program but they sell similar ones in stores. Look for one for stress or for people who exercise and need energy restored.

Also, exercise helps with energy. You just have to start out slowly and progress gradually. Eventually the exercise will give you energy rather than taking it.

Sounds like depression, seek help and drink a redbull or monster ASAP!
