i'm 14 years old and 5'4 and weight 110 pound is and i do the following each day of every week maybe osmetimes i do a little less on sunday:

100 sit ups
100 chrucnches
200 pushups
240 weight that weight 5 ounds

You need to increase intensity as you are continuing. Your ab muscles will get used to what yo uare doing, and if you don't increase then they won't be pushed to work harder. Increase when you feel it is too easy. Go until you can't handle it, and include cardio because cardio helps in burning fat and toning as well and don't forget healthy diet

If you keep working out and increase your cardio every so often you should see results in about 4 months
