I have a small flem and my nose is congested. It feels as if the snot is in the very far back of my nose almost in my air duct area. I feel fine other than this though. Is this allergies or is this the beginning of a cold? Either way, what can I do to stop it now before it become full blown? I took some sudafed and have been drinking lots of fluids, hot tea, gargled salt water and vitamin C.

URGENT/ IMPORTANT


Hello, I need to slim down about 15kg . So, what should I do? The following methods I tried but isnt effective. Need Help!!

- Excercing ( Jogging)
- Starving ( Didnt Eat )

Are the following Methods effective?

- Dont eat Dinner
- Detox ( How?)

If you have real good methods that can really slim me down in 1-2 Months, Hope u can share with me! =) Many Thanks

i visited my doctor today to findout what is in my stomach that is causing some movements and sometimes i can feel it. the doctor refered me to a gynacologist who later said i have got sists. can this stop me from getting pregnat?. if its healed will i be able to have kids?

i have runny nose and sneeze every single day!!!..its annoying..i just like sneeze non stop in the mornings and then start getting dripping nose...sometimes after few hours it wud stop as if nufin happened...but sumtime i wud keep sneezing n blowing my nose all day..this happens in winter and summer!! any ideas why?

she seems fine now , but she is only weeks away from form getting sick with something. she has diabetis, cirosis of the liver, Hep c, and end stage cardiac heart failure. 11 trips by ambulance in one month for overdosing on prescription drugs, then withdrawal, ademia, and acites. now she is fine and i feel guilty that I dont want to bring her home. I was having sever back cramps the other night and took one 10mg pill of flexoril from my girlfriend because the pain was so bad I couldnt sleep. So the next morning I was thinking I have a hair follicle drug test coming up in about 3 weeks for a government job. Will flexoril show up as a failing test?.....I need help fast. I've had poor speech ever since I could start talking. Only had speech therapy when i was in the second grade. My speech problem consists of missing some letters in certain words like "fruit". when I talk to fast , it comes out sounding like " fuit".I'm turning 21 this year and determine to fix my speech problem for my future endeavours. I wanna become a Chef but need to be well spoken so my co- workers could understand what I'm saying. Money is tight so can't afford a speech therapist so what can I do to fix this problem on my own?

My son gets extremely bad Migraines. (about 4 a week). The neurologist has had him on depacote and it reduced the frequency. I wanted to know if anyone knows of anything else that I can try without giving him tons of med. His migraines come on suddenly so there is no warning signs. I don't know what else to do. I control his caffeine, sugar red dye and give him rolaids with magnesium. Does anyone know of something different. The nero wanted to put him on an antidepressant used for adults but that cant be good for him. He has already suffered for 2 yrs. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I work for a company in a freezer warehouse. I need to know how long should i be in the chamber before i can go for a break and how long this break should be. What should the room temperture be in the break room. Should they give workers more than one pear of boots,gloves, ect. Is there any long term illness i could end up with working in this job.

I have to get 3 teeth extracted in order to get a brace fitted, but im needlephobic and gas is not an option with my dentist..... does the topical anaesthetic they use work?
