Do any of you have good exercises that can lean down my abs and thighs dramatically? Much like Jessica Alba. Can i do this without gym equipment and di I also need to eat certain foods? Thank You so much!!

You can excercise all day and night and have the most toned abs in the world, but if you don't eat right, your body fat will just hide them. Diet is every bit as important as exercise.
