I need to wear glasses when looking far away, this is the only time I wear my glasses, otherwise I never wear them. Could this be one of the reason I am getting headaches?

Yes, too much strain on the eyes causes headaches. Talk to your eye doctor about whether or not you need to wear your glasses all of the time. It sounds like you may need to. I wear my glasses for the same reason and I have to wear them all the time for that reason.

Yes!!!!!!!! If you don't like your glasses, get contacts. If you can't wear contacts either get used to the glasses, or get the surgery. You could be causing more damage by straining your eyes.

If you are squinting to see far, you are creating tension in your head and neck which causes bad headaches
