URGENT/ IMPORTANT


Hello, I need to slim down about 15kg . So, what should I do? The following methods I tried but isnt effective. Need Help!!

- Excercing ( Jogging)
- Starving ( Didnt Eat )

Are the following Methods effective?

- Dont eat Dinner
- Detox ( How?)

If you have real good methods that can really slim me down in 1-2 Months, Hope u can share with me! =) Many Thanks

Thats rubbish....if you didnt eat for 52 days you would be DEAD. Start doing a daily diary. Keep each (3) meals per day to 300 calories.....and thats ALL....no extra snacks, no junk, no lollies...no sneaky BS stuff and walk for 1 hour per day (no jogging unless you want shin splints and **** around your ankles).

If you truly stick to this......you will not be able to keep the weight on. Starve yourself and eat once a day and you will be as sick as a dog...so do it properly and space the 3 meals with something filling AND useful for your body. Get a calorie counter book so you know what gives what...make it a new hobby.

OR....do this.....if you want to bore your tastebubds to death

* eat a small bowl of branflakes with milk for breakfast

* have a whole 440g can of baked beans on one slice of grainy bread/toast for lunch
* have a huge mountainous plate of every veg you can find with any herbs/chilli...with a cup of tuna, meat (no fat) or poultry (no skin)...no extra oil added...for dinner

drink coffe/tea all day if you like...1 glass of alcohol max... no soft drinks at all until goal weight reached and then only 1 diet drink per day

Takeaway food only once a fortnight AFTER youve reached goal weight...and dont forget to walk every day UNTIL youve reached goal weight and then you can drop to 3 days per week.

Sweets/desserts are BS unecessary food that dont even rate a mention....you arent a kid are you? If you HAVE to have something....eat a tiny freddo frog once aweek...and puddings/cakes will be lumped into the once a fortnight takeaway mode AFTER you reached goal weight.

Oy...the above is better than starving....you might want to get counselling as to why you want to be a proker anyway...like do you hate yourself, parents or partner about something. Just my take....fix that and you wont eat big anymore...no reason to. The stomache muscle is the size of your fist and shrinks back down to that again when you quit poking huge garbage bags of comfort food into it. The skin may not follow suit but...there is always surgery to tighten that mother.

Hi,

I have been using Isagenix for about a year. I started with a 9 day program. But, depending on your health a 30 day may be better.
The 30 is a "gentler" cleanse with all the same products as the 9 day. I recommend the 30 day because it easier to change your habits over 30 days than 9 or 10.
As for other benefits,
I sleep like a baby...no lie. I had pretty bad insomnia b4.
I have more energy, mental clarity and no more aches and pains in my knees. I actually started to exercise again! I have a 4 year old boy so the energy comes in handy. Really the weight loss is a side benefit to cleansing the toxins.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. well, i think you can lose that amount in a month or even less if you have the willpower to do so. my way is eat a peice of fruit in the morning, for lunch eat green salad, and for dinner eat a piece of fruit. if you get hungry then just eat a piece of fruit. drink a lot of water but not during eating meals( unless you are choking). as for exercise continue jogging for about an hour or so for 4-5 times a week!

First of all, you have to eat. If you do not eat, you will not lose weight at all. You must have food for energy, you cannot burn calories by jogging or any other type of excersise if you do not have any calories in you to burn. Make sense?

You need to cut your calories down to about 1500 per day and excersise 5 days a week...I suggest walking - 30 minutes a day. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day too. YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. I am doing this, I have lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks. My daugher is doing this, she has lost 7.8 lbs in 2 weeks. PLEASE TRUST ME. DO NOT EVER STARVE YOURSELF. NO DETOX, NO DRUGS, NOTHING LIKE THAT EVER.

I can teach you how to eat the right food to lose weight.. definitely its all very healthy!! I can give you the result you wanna see but of course you have to really do what i'm going to teach you..

The herb products are safe & it helps you to detox the toxin in your body & make your body healthier then you would lose weight... The right way to lose weight would actually help u to shape up your body if not you would be seeing your slim body out-of-shape!!

follow a low-fat diet (1200-1500 kcal a day),exercise yourself (at least 3 times a week) and drink 10 glasses of water.you will see results in 3 weeks
