The best way is to find a Partner - friend. Who is into activities outside. When you are buzy, you naturally forget about food. Like children.
So try to find an outside Activity that you guys like and just work for a goal. You will soon notice, the environment the people will change your habits. Because that is only normal where you start enjoying what other people enjoy and your values for certain things like chocolate might be altered for a certain fruit that the social group enjoys. That is just an example but i hope you understand what i am saying. Good luck

Make your sweets last. For example, one small piece of dark chocolate as opposed to an entire milk chocolate candy bar. The flavor is more intense and should satisfy your craving.

Give yourself a "free day" and only eat what you want on that day and restrict it on the other days. It gives you a small goal and something to look forward too.
