Stay away from all supps. at your age. For now just eat constantly, take some generic protein (without additives) shake 2 times a day and take a multi vitamin. Until you're 19 your testosterone will be at the level that people who take steroids want to be at. Right now you're going through puberty and that in itsself provides you with everything you need. At 18 go with NO2.

I agree, you don't really know what the side effects are. It's better to stick with natural and healthy foods. Get your nutrients and vitamins from these not pills and powders. Guys like Brock Lesnar took years to get their bodies in that shape. So don't look for a quick fix, otherwise you are unlikely to achieve your goals and you'll soon go back to your previous habits.

well, i think you can lose a certain amount in a 1.5 or 2 months if you have the willpower to do so. my way is eat a peice of fruit in the morning, for lunch eat green salad with a small piece of grilled chicken or fish, and for dinner eat a piece of fruit. if you get hungry then just eat a piece of fruit. drink a lot of water but not during eating meals( unless you are choking). as for exercise continue jogging for about an hour or so for 4-5 times a week! and swimming for at least 30 mins 2-3 times a week!

good luck!

Protein supplements, Glutamine and Creatine are all safe for you... Glutamine and Creatine are merely amino acids the building blocks of protein....! so if you can afford it I say go for it but nothing... I repeat nothing replaces "Eating like an animal" thats every 3 hours taking in protein and low GI carbs... My diet looks like 100g of carbs and 50 g of protein every 3 hours...

225# of lean, chiseled beef, or goo?
Either way, don't hit up your folks for money to buy the stuff in the mags. It doesn't do a thing. Lifting, lifting, lifting.
Sorry, it's da truth.
Don't know BL's regimen. For people of his size and shape, only growth hormones will get you there. They are used on farm animals to pack on mass, so they can be slaughtered. Farmers don't inject beef cattle to extend their lives.
Ever notice how many wrestlers and BBers die prematurely and/or suddenly?

Its not necessary for someone of your age to take supplements. Just eat healthfully & balanced food choices. Worry about the supplements when you are older & have spare cash to blow.
