Do cardio at least 5 times a week for 30-60 minutes. Increase your intensity during it. Also include weight training and do less reps with more weight (NOT more reps less weight). This will help your muscles grow faster and more of them, resulting in many many more calories burned throughout the day than without those muscles. A healthy diet makes up a HUGE part. Include protein, carbs (the good kind), and fat (no saturated, no trans) and little of it. Eat 5-6 times per day if you can, but 4 times at least. Drink water nonstop! Stay away from alcohol as much as you can, and make sure you rest. This is the best way to get in shape, you can probably lose around 10 lbs in a month if you work hard this way, and you may plateau and not lose and weight for awhile, but it doesn't mean your body isn't working! continue to work out this way, continue to increase your intensities, and your body fat will disappear before your eyes. Everyone would like to lose weight fast, but remember the faster you lose weight the more muscle you lose not fat. Try to increase your intake of "WATER". This helps you feel full, having that feeling your less likely to want to eat big meals. Eat smart and work in a little work out in the morning and early eve, at least 4 hours before you go to sleep.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Stop barging into every fast food joint you see & give those limbs some effective movement. Drink plenty of water ( at least 5/6 large glasses) & munch a lot of green vegetables.Stop calling your neighbour a' jogging freak' & join him in those runs. Finally try to do those breathing exercises with the Indian sage called Swami Ramdev & a month later the person in the mirror will look positively leaner & fitter.

you may want to document what you eat by using a calorie counting site such as www.fitday.com. it's free and it makes you realize just how many calories we all eat in a day. also, get a pedometer and wear it each day. you should walk about 10 thousand steps a day. it sounds like a lot, but it actually only equals about 5 miles a day. there is no magic bullet for weight loss! if there was, we'd all be a size 2!! good luck!

Those who fail to plan, plan to fail. Write out your menus and workout schedule. It's easy to eat a little something that you told yourself to eat than to avoid eating something you told yourself not to eat.
