I am not a morning math person, and its is already too late to sleep now without being sleeping in the morning. Any good ways to wake your brain up so you can do math. I totally suck at math in the morning.

Ok, first off calm down. Its just a test. Anyway, get some flash cards. NOW. concentrate. do not let your mind wonder off. look over your books, notes, and HW and get someone to test u. Also, what really helps me is making tricks to remember things, (funny things really help) like, um, 4 example if u had to memerize the states " California, Alambama, Maine, Connecticut, and Nevada, make a word out of it like, Can Apples Make Cute Nickles? Get it, CAMCN also stands 4 the states. Good luck sweetie!

Go to bed! You need your rest to do your best. Wake up a little early so that you can review some before the test. Work through several different types of problems that will be on the test as a warm up, and eat some oatmeal with walnuts and fruit. Another way to help warm up your brain before the test is to take a short brisk walk, 10 minutes will do the trick.

Good Luck!

Stay Up! Put in what may seem like 2 hours though it may only be 45 min. Just keep doing all of the assigned homework. Repitition helps alot in math. The more you write it down and follow the rules, the more you will instinctually solve the problem reducing the amount of time on the test.

Don´t pay much attention to what I am going to say but.....

I would do something like this:- What you need is your brain in top form. What can bring your brain to that level of relax intensity?. Only one thing works for me: (off course, after a god night of sleep). EXERCISE.

It will pump your adrenaline off and you will be in that state of intense relaxation you need for good performance. Nevertheless, studying helps also.

What exercise: at least 20- 30 minutes of a run-walk .

P.S: A good cup of coffee is a nice warm up.

Just take a few minutes and quickly review what's going to be on the test before you go to class tomorrow. That way, at least it will be in your short-term memory. Usually works for me, anyway.
