Try alternate positions so your husband doesn't always hit your cervix. If you doc does a pap smear, he will insert a speculum into your vagina (if, it is medal be sure to have her/him warm it up for you) :) it will be more comfortable for you. He will use a long Q-tip & insert it into the mouth of the cervix for a smear sample. This might feel a little uncomfortable but nothing like being hit with a penis on your cervix.

You need to make sure you are getting regular pap tests. If you've never had one - you go in and they scrape cells, fairly gently, with a slender sick from the cervix. These cells are then sent off for screening.

Sometimes pain from the cervix can be a sign of cervical cancer. I'm not saying you have it, but you need to make your doctor aware and be tested regularly.

Make an GYN appointment as soon as possible. Pain during intercourse can be caused by a number of problems, including endometriosis, a pelvic mass, ovarian cysts, vaginitis, poor lubrication, the presence of scar tissue from surgery, or a sexually transmitted disease. A condition called vaginismus is a painful, involuntary spasm of the muscles that surround the vaginal entrance. It may occur in women who fear that penetration will be painful and also may stem from a sexual phobia or from a previous traumatic or painful experience.

The doc will probably give you a pap to see if everything looks alright in there. If there is something wrong, what he/she recommends will depend on what is found. Try some different positions that will have him not thrust as deep and see if it feels better. Try asking him to be a bit gentler.
