Everyday I do about 30 min of cardio
I also do ab workouts (crunches), 100 all together of different types and I do about 5 sets a day.
I also lift 5-10 pound weights (dont have access to any heavier ones) and I do about 80 reps of different exercises 5 times a day. ( I do upper body every other day)
Then on the days Im not doing upper body, I do leg exercises and 5 sets of those.
Am I doing too much? Do you guys have any advice?
Im 5'3 85 pounds and hoping to gain weight in muscle.

I only slept like 3 1/2 hours and have to go out at like 10 at night and will be out late. I dont want to go looking all dull skinned, puffy and sunken and i dont want to feel blah (im no fun when im blah).

Please dont tell me go back to bed because i tried and cant plus have tons of chores to do and i cant bail out because it is an important occasion for a friend.

Please help me. Tell me what to do.

I know its very mild but im woried im on the path of becomeing insane.Most of the time im happy enough and don't have diluded thoughts but last night i was on a plane and getting on the plane i thought i was going to die but i didnt care i acually wanted to, i wasnt feeling depressed or anything i was actually quiet happy but i prayed to god that i would die.i also had dyluded thoughts like i could feel souls sround me and that if i lived i wanted to become a drug addict and i started thinking all these unusual things about life that i never had before. I also have night terror like i wake up choking myself.i can never get back to sleep as it all seems so real and like there is someone watching me.and I have memories of things that never even happened before, i even have drowed in one of these memories and died.No-one would suspect anything wrong as im good at covering it and it dosnt happen all the time. There was a death in my family a few months ago could this have triggered it?..

ok, when I was about 11 years old my friend and I were sniffing some stuff from an arosol can, we had been doing it for days off and on. I finally passed out,the doctor said I could have died or gotton brain damage.Any way,when I was out, I woke up in this totally black place and I could here little girls jumping rope and chanting these words"ha ha ha youll never get out of here" over and over, and at the same time I heard a voice I knew was Satans saying, You will never leave here you will live all the days of your life in hell!!! I was so tramatized when I finally came to that it has affected me my entire life even up to this very moment. I have suffered sever mental and emotional problems.I am terrified of death because I am certain I will return there. People have said it was just a drug induced trip! Do you think It is possible that this is true? Or do you believe I was really in hell? I know some people who have had near death experiences have been drawn to a white light.

If so, what other foods, besides cheap Chinese, should I avoid? Are there any preventative measures I can take before eating?

I notice I get headaches 6-12 hours after I eat at my favorite Chinese spot. I have not been professionally diagnosed. This is coming from my own observation. Any ideas?

Last summer I hurt my leg while running. It was not a major injury; it only hurt when I lefted it up. So I continued to run on it for another two weeks. I haven't been running at all since then.

However, I still get a little bit of pain (it's not really pain but it feels funny) when I left my leg up. I'm afraid to start running again. Is this a permanent injury? It has been a good 7-8 months.

I've been with my now fiance, 'J', for five years and I love him to bits. However, I'm very worried about his health due to his weight. He's always been a bit on the chubby side...but only in the stomach area. J's all muscle in his arms, legs and back. However, his weight worries me, especially as it's centered in his gut. How can I ask/tell him to loose weight? He has an enlarged heart and I'm worried about the effects this extra weight can have on him, especially in the future (stroke, etc). He does akido occassionaly which is good, but that's about it.
I think his problems stem from all the food he eats...he eats massive portions of food. When I used to live with him (we live in seperate countries temporarily) I could control the food portions to a healthy amount, but now that he lives alone he just eats massive amounts. How can I get him to lose weight? I've been asking him for years. I don't care what he looks like, I love him and just want him to be healthy!!

I just got over my period this past Sunday(2/18) Now I woke up this morning and I have it again and much much worse if ya know what I mean. I have gone through 2 tampons already in 3 hours. I woke up this morning and my index finger was sore. I think I may have an infection but I'm not sure. I'm a nail biter and I've had a fingernail infection before which the doctor had to drain, but this doesn't seem like that.

There is no redness around my nail it just hurts. I'm soaking it in hot water so I'm hoping that will help.

Anybody know what this is? Or if there is anything else I can do?

Two days ago, when I was in toilet, plaster or paint (or any dirt) from the roof or ceiling fell on my penis, and the paint and some dirt sticked on my penis. I washed my penis thoroughly with water. Now, I have many doubts and I am worried. I want to ask that even if I would have not washed my penis, would there have been any problem ? Does any foreign substance in the folds of muscles of penis remain there, if we don't wash it ? Can it then enter the opening (urethra) and cause problem ?

I even have stupid myths and doubts that the water which I am pouring on my penis is dirty and carry many other substances or dirt which will enter the urethra.

PLEASE HELP ME AND CONVINCE ME. I AM WORRIED. I HAVE BOARD EXAMS ON MY HEAD.

Today is my wedding day, and I woke up this morning with a painful cough and fever of 98.8 (my norm temp is 97.4). I bought the homeopathic Ziacam nasal gel that is supposed to shorten a cold. I don't take regular medication (being they have FD&C dies, sucralose etc). What can I do to relieve my symptoms and keep up energy today? and give my cells the supplements they need to fight off the cold?

Had it for 2 months.....believe that it is infected because of the darker color around the area and the puss....is it better to take it out and start all over again or leave it in and take care of it like I should have in the beginning??
