Two days ago, when I was in toilet, plaster or paint (or any dirt) from the roof or ceiling fell on my penis, and the paint and some dirt sticked on my penis. I washed my penis thoroughly with water. Now, I have many doubts and I am worried. I want to ask that even if I would have not washed my penis, would there have been any problem ? Does any foreign substance in the folds of muscles of penis remain there, if we don't wash it ? Can it then enter the opening (urethra) and cause problem ?
I even have stupid myths and doubts that the water which I am pouring on my penis is dirty and carry many other substances or dirt which will enter the urethra.
PLEASE HELP ME AND CONVINCE ME. I AM WORRIED. I HAVE BOARD EXAMS ON MY HEAD.

Your penis is fine. Many men worry about various things related to the penis: size, circumsision, etc., but you are taking it to another level. Nothing will happen from plaster or whatever touching your penis. Just focus on your exams.

Don't worry, you are fine. As long as there is no injury to the penis from the falling debris, nothing is wrong. You would notice by now if you had something wrong, there would be pain or a rash or something. And why are you worrying about having washed your penis after this happened, don't you wash it every day anyway?
