Sounds like that's a question for your doctor. Peeing too often can come from a kidney infection or other problems. They have to take a urine test to know what's going on.

Look, it depends one why you are having polyuria (the technical term). Your heart is an electrical machine and it needs chemical gradients of ions to be able to work properly.

If you are talking about diuretics, many of them make you hypokalemia which can cause arrhythmias and muscle weakness. However, believe it or not, some of them actually cause hyperkalemia, which can also cause arrhythmias and death. So, it depends what kinds of ions you are losing in your urine. For that, you need some lab tests.
