My boyfriend and I are going on a trip to the beach in 11 weeks and I wanted to lose some weight fast...So with me working out at the gym 2 hours a day and eating well...approximately how much weight can I lose in about 11 weeks!

I am looking an at home cervical traction device. I am looking for one that works well and is affordable. The ones the doc recomended are really over priced. I have seen many on Amazon but not sure how well they work or the quality. I have cervical degenerative disc disease. Traction is supposed to be good for it.

At least i think it's a period! Last period was jan 20-25th. Had brown spotting 2 weeks after my period for 2 days, 7 days after that spotting started up again and last 5 days...Feb 16th i started bleeding and it was dark red but only came out when i went pee..wore a panty liner for the first 2 days of the bleeding and nothing touched the panty liner but when i went pee it seems like the blood would pour out and it soaked the toilet paper when i wiped...3rd day of bleeding i started wearing tampons so i'm not sure if the blood is still staying in...

Note: I starting using progesterone cream feb 10th could this have anything to do with it??

Husband and I would like to conceive.

I thought i was suppose to start my period around feb 20th according to my calculations.. cycle was 27 days long

I have SEVER psoriasis and literally have tried everything. Methotrexate, Dovonex, steroids, PUVA, I sleep w/ a humidifier and take oatmeal baths. Sometimes I use a tanning bed to get it under some control but it never goes away. I use TONS of lotions and baby oil. When we go on vacation in Jamaica, I am clearin about 2 days. When I get home...BAM got it even worse. What are some things that have helped you?

I need to lose this fast for a special occassion. I am 34, 228lbs 5'3". I know I did not put this on in 2 months, but I need help now! I don't have time to do this the healthy way~ Any serious suggestions other than surgery? Has anyone else lost this amount or more in little time?

I'm thinking about doing 2-3 fitness classes a week at the local leisure centre. I was thinking of taking a Pilates class for an hour a week. Does this help with weight loss? Tone parts of body? Can i lose any inches from my body?

Hey.
I just bought a bench press - I can already do sets of the max. weight (prob 150-ish)

What im wondering is... Is it bad to just bench press?
What else can I do WITHOUT BUYING EXTRA EQUIPMENT?
I weigh about 155 and want to start working out..

A friend of mine has had this neck pain since late last year. He can't raise his head or control the movements of his neck. He has been getting acupuncture and it has helped a bit. He can now raise his head a little but he still doesn't have the control that he used to have. He's never had a neck injury or head injury. Please if anyone has any kind of idea what this is please tell me. This has been really hard on him and any information would be helpful. Thank you.

hey :]
ive been datin this guy for 7 months now.
im really happy because im not good with long term relationships and i thought at the beginning he was my soul mate and it was fate[suppose to be]
i love him and i know him inside out now [even though his mother hates me for no apperent reason]
its only this month that i have started getting slightly bored of him hes really exciting but im just bored and not impressed like i use to be.
he has a gorgeous personality and a lovely way with him but i just dont know how i feel anymore :[
he kisses my best friends[im not jealous because thats how it has always been]
but i just feel strange now.
it feels like ive changed opinions :s
I feel like i will miss him if we break and stuff and how do i break it gently if i do decide to part with him.
hes met my family etc and people think its suppose to be :(
i dont know what to do :{
im scared :(
i may feel jealous of the girls that like him after too :( xxxxxxxxxx
