today i started going to the gym i'm doing the cross country machine for 60 min. the machine says i'm burning 500 cal i also started a diet today consisting of fruits veggies and all white meat. is this the best way to burn fat ?? i have a really big belly the rest of my body is slender. do you guys think this is the way to go??

I lost my mom 6 months ago and we were so close. Instead of my grief getting better it's getting worse and I worry it's affecting my job. I've just lost interest and I really can't be arsed with all the bitching that goes on. It really makes me mad at work when I hear people going on about really mundane things. I just want to stay at home 'cause I feel safe there but I can't afford to leave work. Anyone think things will change?

Right after christmas I got a vaginal infection diagnosed as vaginitis, because all the tests came back negative for everything else. All 5 vaginal infections, all stds, UTI, and pregnancy. I don't have insurance and the bill was close to $400. I was given diflucan (not sure about spelling) and it worked. I am getting similar symptons now but don't want another medical bill.

Is there anything I can take or do at home to get rid of this?

i have been feeling really bad lately and my doctor made me get a cat skan..they found two cysts on my ovary, but the radiologist sort of left me in the dark until he talks to my other doctors...does anyone have any info on this? or what might happen to me? I wound up in an urgent care clinic, nearly blind with a blood sugar reading of 697 after taking Tequin for a skin infection. Without even one of the risk factors, I have since struggled with an extreme case of diabetes. Has anyone else developed diabetes while using tequin? If so, what are some of the specifics of your situation? A year later, I am on Metformin and Glucotrol but still struggling mightily in spite of being a health food and exercise fanatic. I weighed almost 170 before getting sick, dropped 30 pounds and can not get my weight back above 145. I am all muscle without any body fat at all. But even putting on more muscle has become an issue. I am hoping others in a similar predicament may help me understand what other problems I may be encountering. Thanks!

Hi, iam 15 yrs. old, I am in figure skating classes and i need to learn how to do the splits...i can get down about half way but then i just can't go down any further...or when i try to get my leg in the air to do a trick it barely goes passed my waist. please does some one have an answer...i need to do the splits ASAP

three weeks ago i experience bloody and painfull urination on the last part of my urine. but the next morning of that night my urine is not bloody anymore but until now i felt little pain during the last part of my urine. but for me i felt ok even theres little bit pain during the last part of my urination, do i have urinary tract infection? im afraid to go to teh doctor bcoz i dont wanna drink medicines. do i really need to go to the doctor for check up? what will i do, please help me?
