Is it possible to gain about 5 or more pounds in a week of time?
Beacuse im off school this week, and if i ate enough could i gain 5 or more pounds?

Yes it is possible. All it takes to gain one pound a week is increase your daily food intake by 500 calories.
That means in order to gain 5 pounds in one week, you would need an extra 2,500 more calories every day for 7 days. That's a lot of food, but you might be able to do it.

It might be tough, it depends on what you've got in the house. If you buy your own food, start loading up on ice cream...

It's possible to put on five pounds in a week. But it might be hard for you, if you are still growing, and are athletic. But if you have 7 days, and eat 2500 calories a day more than you can burn, then you will gain 5 pounds.

The tough part is that your body may adjust, by burning more calories, especially because you're young (that might be why you haven't put on weight much in the past). So have fun and eat a ton if you want, but don't worry too much if you don't gain much weight.

And remember, even if you don't gain weight, you can still enjoying trying! It feels good sometimes to have a full belly after a big meal.

Why would u want to gain weight?? If u eat what ur suppost to I mean healthy thing u won't gain weight, but if u eat junk food like mcdonalds u will gaing wieght but trust me u don't want to look fat, then when u want to wear something nice it won't look right!
