It depends upon what you want. If you want a well-founded diet that also offers expert help you'll have to pay for it. If this is what you're looking for get some ideas by visiting listings for popular well-founded diets at: www.DietSurf.com.
Instead, if you want a free meal planner - which may of may not lead to results (they're a dime a dozen) and can easily be found online. Here's a few I found within minutes of search: www.slimfast.com, www.freetrainers.com, www.dietbites.com, www.fitday.com and sparkspeople.com.
The diets I've listed are not too likely to be too helpful. Actually, you can lose the same on diets you get out of a book or magazine at a local library or grocery store. Free diets like these just don't offer you any real help). Because of this these diets are most likely a "flash in the pan" though you might find some fun to try.
Save up your money and get help from a diet and nutrition expert if you really want a diet solution. Get a custom, tailored diet if possible. With a custom diet and exercise plan you are far more likely to stick to it and to stay motivated. Good luck

A free site that just requires registration is spark.com - great site for tracking calories, meal plans, etc. Also, several paid sites but to be honest, just try them first - you might not need the paid ones.

Look into Weight Watcher, I lost weight with them fast, but I added an exercise plan...if you're willing to exercise then you can lose weight fast.

dr atkins book has so many meal plans you'll never get bored, and some good info on what food does to you and how to avoid cravings etc.. it works 100% and its easy
