I need to know how long I should do this work out to be more affective. Anyone with any information?

I had one and i hated it.

I couldn't get going fast enough to feel like I was working out.

Folding it up was a nightmare, the thing kept hitting my shins.

And my feet would slide forward in my shoes and it was very painful, and I tried several pairs of shoes.

But a rebounder instead.
