Below my stomach - about 3 inches
I have a bump that is white / red.
It's been their for a couple of days/ weeks, Im not really sure how long....
I am in my teens
WHat could this be??

it might be a pimple? it might be an ingrown hair? it's most likely nothing serious.. don't get too worried. if it doesn't go away within a week go see a doc and ask him if you're still scared.

if it's surface most likely it's a form of acne.. either a mere pimple, ingrown hair or even a cyst.
if it's below.. could be a skin reaction to some allergy you may have without knowing it...
or your clothing may be irritating your skin... either the fabric or the detergents you may be using to wash the clothing..
ask an adult.. first of all they'll tell you right away. if they can't check in with a doc or a dermatologist just in case it is unrecognizable.

Nothing very very bad it is. So take it easy. Do go to doc and make sure he pops it without getting any infection in.

Could it be an ingrown hair? Make an appt with your doctor.

It could be a pimple. You should have a doctor check it out.
