you might want to add in some exercises that tighten the belly muscles. sit-ups, twisties, that sort of thing.

don't go too crazy on that cross country machine! although cardio is all around good -you need to incorporate weights -slowly but surely you'll see results and keep the weight off. As for your diet - that's a great start.. but do not deprive yourself. if you love to eat and only eat veggies and white meat sooner or later you'll crave your carbs and fats ... set a day of the week for a 'cheat' this way you can look forward to it and not feel deprieved and stay on track.... you'll eventually find this as a way of life and you'll be amazed at all you've accomplished for you look and healthy life! good luck!

It sounds good, the cardio you are doing is optimal, however, you need to make sure your diet is giving you the exact amount of calories you need, it is ok to have white meat yes, and veggies and fruit yes... you need to ask some trainer, they usually are well informed about diets... or a nutritionist. If you are having less calories than you need, you are going to lose weight, not only fat... i mean, you are going to lose muscle and fat... if your diet is correct then your caloric balance will be correct too and you will lose only fat. But yeah, way to go!
