Sounds like a migraine not a headache. I get these types of migraines all the time. I've been getting chronic migraines since I was young. Take some Excedrin Migraine when you get a migraine, and if you can just sit and relax. Put something cold on your forehead also. When I don't have any Excedrin on me that's what I do. If your headaches (Migraines) get worse go to your doctor and get a prescription for them.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

When you have a headache, I think sometimes we feel lightheaded. Maybe you have low blood? Or maybe you can be pregnant? Maybe you didnt sleep well last night? Maybe you're stressed out? Whatever might be causing your head to ache, go and find out. Maybe it's your eyes? I mean, prolonged use of the computer can sometimes strain the eyes and cause headache. If you do feel this way, talk to a medical professional as we here cannot properly diagnose you. If you take tylenol, use it in moderation as it can destroy your liver. It says so on the box.

Sounds like a migrane..I get them a lot. When you get a headache like that, think back to what you ate that day...if you notice a pattern then cut those foods out of your diet...they are called triggers.
Plus, you may want to see a doctor...he can give you medicine.

thats how my worst migraines are. I don't think there is any good reason.
I used to throw up in high school from every single migraine. Luckily that stopped in college, and I don't have to puke at work all the time from them.
I take some prescription stuff. talk to your doctor.
feel better.

You really need to see a doctor. Generally, headaches cause nausea if they are bad enough. You need medical care.

Try eating properly, and a short walk about 20 mins after food and not to close to bed.
