why is it not spread and practised world wideatleast 40 % of the spiritually elavated people are aware of its importance still why nobody has taken pains to elobrate on it and spread the knowledge?

I guess those of us who "are not spiritually elevated" rely on something silly called "science and medicine" for our surgeries. But what do we know?!

Because it's a hoax and a fraud. It's been exposed a number of times.

it has been proven by '60 Minutes' for one to be a total scam. The excised tissue was raw chicken.
