My boyfriend and I are going on a trip to the beach in 11 weeks and I wanted to lose some weight fast...So with me working out at the gym 2 hours a day and eating well...approximately how much weight can I lose in about 11 weeks!

I lost over 10 lbs in a week during the early part of my pregnancy. I had HG (severe morning sickness) and was incapable of eating or drinking anything until week 15. I survived by being hospitalized 3 times and then having a Picc Line (IV line) put in my arm for 2 months with 24 hour fluids and IV Zofran. I didn't get above my pre pregnancy weight until about my 18th week and then it was only by a couple of pounds. Now, I'm 26 1/2 weeks with a healthy baby girl! :-) Some women lose weight during their first trimester for various reasons and their babies are perfectly safe and healthy. I would still mention it to your doctor at your next visit, but as long as you are able to eat and drink you should be fine! Congrats and good luck!

Best method I've found is eat no more than 10 times your body-weight in calories and work out. You can safely lose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week if you're good. Its also better to make sure that those calories are from good stuff not junk but all that said you COULD lose between 16.5-22 pounds if you're very good and have a good metabolism.

The most weight you could probably lose in 11 weeks SAFELY is around 22 pounds. (2 pounds per week).

Focus on dropping 1000 calories from your diet per day with a combination of exercise and diet.

You should figure on losing 2 to 3 pounds a week safely. But you don't lose every week, and you don't just lose if you only work out, you have to watch what you eat.

22 pounds that is 2lbs per week don't lose more then that a week or you'll end up gaining it back if you lose too quickly.

soups can be both filling and comforting try making a garden or bean soup with low salt broth and store in portion sized cups for later
