How long should a bodybuilding cutting cycle usually take for a person with just a little extra fat on them? I can see my abs but they still have some fat on them and i'm not very veined up yet.. I'll be starting in March and hopefully be done by May something, haven't set a date yet.. That seems like a reasonable time period, I think. I plan on doing 1hr 1/2 or 2hrs every other day of cardio, after my weight training.

I want to get a breast reduction but im 17 and that means im a minor the thing about its is my grandma takes care of me but she cant sign the papers cause she is not my legal guardian and my mom wont do cause she is selfish and she doesnt live with us. Help someone, what can I do? My face is always feeling tense and serious...and then I appear to be constantly serious, not relaxed. So that when people are asking me questions I seem to mumble and jumble up my words without thinking and then sound unintelligent. What can I do to relieve this and stop being such a stiff.

Now, they have phase 1 and phase 2, if "necessary", and say that the changes made in phase 1 will cheapen the cost of phase 2... Of course, insurance only pays out its max one time regardless of the phase. Is this whole phase 1 just a scam? 3/4 of the kids in my son's 4th grade class have lip bumpers... It just seems like overkill to me, but maybe I'm missing something.

i just wanted to no the 1st signs of diabetes, for a while now, (but not every day) if i have my breakfast at say 8am, come 12oclock i have the shakes and i feel rotten. the only thing that relieves the shakes is eating a bar of chocolate eg sneakers, mars etc anythin which is high in sugar it looks like and within 10 mins the shakes have gone and i feel better and i have noticed that i drink a lot more after this has happened.

any advice would be really useful, i am going to a chemist tomoro because they do free diabetes checks but i just wanted to know off people who have experienced this what it is like 1st hand.

I don't have terrible acne but I do get blemishes here and there, and I have clogged pores. My skin is sensitive and a little on the oily side. Will this product work for me, or should I just keep what I'm doing now, which is moisturize, tone and cleanse. I use pore refining cleanser and toner. But I need something that would work for my blemishes.

I've had this really weird rash since last Friday, and it's Tuesday now and it's worse. There's like red dots that are all over my stomach, my chest, shoulders, and now it's spreading to my arms and legs, and then this morning I noticed it was starting to spread to my neck.
It looks kind of like mosquito bites, but they're not as...I don't know...bumpy as a mosquito bite. And I seem to get more every time I take a shower. I've been using the same body soap for years (Olay), and I havn't changed any other kind of soap, and there's no food I've eaten that I could be allergic to.
I had Chicken Pox when I was 7 (now I'm 13). It itches but it's not really bad.
It's not shingles either....my mom has this rash book and nothing in it compares anything of the characteristics of this rash.
The doctor says it might be hives, but do hives really last more than 4 days?
Please tell me if you have any idea what this could be, and is there anything I can do or use to stop it?

Because everyone keeps saying how skinny and sick models are and stuff. I want to be a model and everything. But I was kind of curious. Do modeling agencies hire normal or fat people? And if your a good model but not stick skinny, will they not hire you?
