I eat when I'm depressed, and am depressed because I am gaining weight. While writing this I'm staring at the graveyard of hershey kiss wrappers resting before me. I'v probably consumed about twenty. Here's the thing, I'm not saying that I'm FAT, because I'm not AT ALL. I'm 5'10'' and 116 lbs, but the problem is, I can't fit into my old jeans? Does anyone have any suggestions about how I could possibly break this addiction? Also any good excersises that will show results by...tomorrow? I know it's ridiculous, but even just the smallest result will help because I have a photoshoot =/
oh and please NOTHING about anorexia/bulemia......GROSS.
