They have 20grams of sugar per ounce- (a serving is 2 tablespoons.)
Some will say that "fruit sugar" breaks down slowly and is therefore good for you, but in the end, you're still eating 20g of sugar-- almost as much as a glass of chocolate milk,

If you go to Trader Joe's they have the best Banana Crisps. I've tried their Banana Chips, and they're not the same at all. Banana Crisps aren't as fattening for you, and they are so addicting! The Banana Crisps only have about 2 grams of fat per serving! You'll be amazed at all the dry fruit Trader Joe's has to offer. Dried bananas are a pretty healthy alternative to chips and cookies, and you're getting a dose of fruit!

well it's always better to eat the fruit in its 'normal condition' than when it's dry, because when it's dry it shrinks and you will automatically eat more. So like if you're on a diet it's smarter to eat a normal banana, otherwise I don't think it matters ^^! It's like healthy candy ^^!

they're healthy if they're 100% banana, just check and make sure there's not a lot of added sugar or anything.
