I unfortunately don't, but then I am no longer working in that area. In fact I am no longer working...period! lol
I do read articles from time to time but I am way out of date and would need some serious refreshing of my brain cells to return to work in that area

I'm required to complete Continuing Education units every 2 years for relicensure. My hospital offers mandatory knowledge and skills competency testing and in-services. I subscribe to professional nursing journals (and read them). I attend seminars, certification and recertification courses to refresh my skills and knowledge as well as learn new ones. I have online continuing nursing education. I mentor nursing students. I continue my own education.
That's how I do it. How you do it will differ depending on your profession.

What is your learning disability? What is your age? Edit your question, and include this information, and I'm almost certain I can offer you some guidance.

Teaching seminars and private reading, mostly. If you have a learning disability, perhaps there are educational videos in your field, even tele-video conferencing.

I read a plethora of material on everything from A to Z. I also like to read the encyclopedia every once in a while.
