YOu need to go to a dentist or doctor to check it out. It could be an abcess or a cold sore. Does it look different than the rest of the inside cheek skin? YOu could put ansbesol on it to numb the pain.

If it's not a visible sore inside the cheek (a canker sore, for example), then it could be an infection inside the cheek itself. Bacteria can get in through small cuts inside or outside. I had something like that once, and I had to take antibiotics to clear it up.
