I don't have terrible acne but I do get blemishes here and there, and I have clogged pores. My skin is sensitive and a little on the oily side. Will this product work for me, or should I just keep what I'm doing now, which is moisturize, tone and cleanse. I use pore refining cleanser and toner. But I need something that would work for my blemishes.

No. But if you are considering Proactive I highly recommend Glytone Acne Kit (cleanser, toner, acne lotion) made by Genesis Pharmaceutical, Inc. This kit is around $50.00 & has twice the active ingredients then proactive. I have switched many of my clients from proative to Glytone & are all extreemely pleased with the results. Glytone also has a acne mask that works well.
But don't let your skin "dry out" either, that can cause breakouts also. Theraplex is a great oil free moisturizure. To purchase check with your local Dermatologist/Cosmedic office or online search by product or company.
Because your skin is sensitive only use acne lotion as needed on breakouts including blackheads. The exfoliating gel may tingle or even slightly burn for a few days, this is normal. If it countinues to burn &/or get red (I have never had a client have a problem in 7 years) discontinue & return the product.
Good Luck!

You're better off going to a dermatologist to get a skin-assessment done and get a good over-the-counter prescription that works for your sensitive skin. From personal experience, you're better off going to the pro rather than risk getting rashes on your face or even aggravating your acne.

Essentials though: Drink 9 glasses of water a day, change your bedsheets and pillowcases once every 7 days, wipe your phone clean with warm cloth+antiseptic once a day, get enough sleep (8-9 hours) and dont stress too much! Also, see that dermo!

It does not work for everyone and for all spots. No one can say if it will work for you, the only way to know that is to try it.
