I think that your best friends brother needs to tell this girl that he doesn't want to be with her and explain to her why. She needs to know the truth. Also, your best friend's brother needs to get help with the self harming. My little sister had that problem. We had to take her in and comfort her...let her know that she was loved, that there was nothing wrong with her. She got better after a while. Your best friend's brother should admit he's got a problem. If he wants your help...be there for him. That is the best thing a friend can do is be there and just give them your thoughts on the situation...but at the same time he MUST make his own decisions.

hi, particular I truthfully have been suicidal. i know that is an poor place to be mentally and that i'm sorry you're dealing with it, as are a super sort of human beings. I did attempt to dedicate suicide previously this 300 and sixty 5 days yet became into infact got here across in the past it became into too overdue, i do no longer know if I experience sorry approximately it yet i know i've got no longer tried lower back even nevertheless I truthfully have felt very undesirable at circumstances, so possibly I found out it wasn't the main appropriate ingredient. Plus I seen the way it effected the folk around me too while i became into mendacity in a well-being facility mattress. in case you experience this manner my suggestion would be to bypass and get help, ring the out of hours surgeon and ask to speak to somebody on the psychological healthteam or in case you have already got somebody and you will wait, ring first ingredient in the morning, you like somebody to speak to who provides you with the suited help. suicide has no room for doubts and because you have them then the respond is obvious that that's definately no longer what you like or what you're able to do. please get help, that is no longer too overdue and there feels like a factor of you quite desires to stay yet that your only having a very stressful time doing that. better of success

He should get a court order saying she is a harm to herself so she has to go to a mental hospital. He has to live HIS life, not her's. They both may find the mental hospital useful.

First of all he shouldn't of went back to her in the first place, she could of been over him by now. I would tell your friend that he needs to let her go and to inform her friends and family that she is a threat to herself and she needs to go and talk to someone. It's not healthy for either one of them with him living a lie. I wish you, your friend a lot of luck

I hate to say, but she did the overdose for attention, knowing it wouldn't kill her and that he would "have to" get back with her. And even if you fancy him, if you end up with him, it will be nothing but troubles for you and him with this girl. Please don't waste your emotions on a drama-filled relationship. I just got out of one so similar witha guy whose ex called him day and night and stalked him saying she was going to kill herself if he didnt leave me. Sorry you're in this situation, girl but be a friend to him, no more or you will end up in alot of hurt.

i wish i could help you. you might try getting professional help, because i think this problem is too serious for a bunch of know-nothings at Y! answers. (no offense, but admit it, how many of us actually know what we're talking about?)
