I want to get a breast reduction but im 17 and that means im a minor the thing about its is my grandma takes care of me but she cant sign the papers cause she is not my legal guardian and my mom wont do cause she is selfish and she doesnt live with us. Should i just wait till im 18 but i want it done now.

You should just wait...buy some really good full support bras for now, and try not to hunch your shoulders!!!

You really should wait until you are done growing. You don't want to go through surgery now only to have them grow big again and need another reduction.
You have a year (or less) to wait. Start your research now, and when you are 18 start looking around at plastic surgeons that are covered under your insurance plan. Insurance can help you out greatly. Complain about back/neck/shoulder pain, rashes under your breasts, and grooves in your shoulders. See at least three plastic surgeons before deciding.
