The only answer I have for that is liposuction.

Just go take up a sport and eat like 1600 calories a day and you'll see the weight going off you like butter in the hot sun...

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Why do people think there are quick fixes to lose weight.the only real way you will lose weight is a good diet(not dieting) and regular exercise.plain and simple.i have lost a lot of weight doing just that.any weight you lose on a diet will be short term.i know you want it off soon but that may not be possible.if you do want to lose weight for good a good diet and exercise is the only real long term solution.i see someone said drink water.good idea.it does help a lot.a lot of the time we think we are hungry we are just dehydrated so drinking water gets rid of that feeling so we dont feel like snacking.best of luck to you anyways but my advice would be think of doing something in the long term cause short term solutions dont work

I know everyone says to drink a lot of water, but I don't believe that it helps to drink so much. Your body is filled with 70% water, and the rest is other stuff. I don't think drinking gallons, and gallons of water a day will help you. You obviously can't get rid of that water if you are not going to the bathroom, spitting water out, sweating, or something else. If it goes in, you have to get rid of it somehow.

Too much water isn't good for you either.

Those people might have not eaten anything for those days, or surgery.

A few tapeworms should do the trick. Or liposuction if you can afford it. Neither is a long term (or healthy) solution but the only correct way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise.
