Sure sounds like it.. I've had them since I was 4.. No fun.. If you have more in a short amount of time, or if they get worse or last a long time, get to a doc!

Sounds like a "classic Migraine" which is a migraine with an aura (visual disturbance). You can have a migraine with or without and aura (a common migraine) or have one with only an aura and no pain (occular Migraine). Sleep, nausea, vomitinh and woozy is common. I get a "migraine handover" that leaves me woozy for a day or more.
See your MD. I take "triptans" for mine. They're expensive, but work. Midrin and Esgic work okay too and are cheap. Alternative that help me are 400mg daily of B-2 and Magnesium. Ginger capsules help during a migraine too.

I feel your pain... yes it was a migraine.
Go see your Dr and have a full work up done. It needs to be addressed. Mine started as migraines at 10. They evolved as I grew and I now have cluster headaches. It's like 3 or more migraines going off at the same time. They are often called suicide headaches because people have killed themselves rather than lie with the pain.

Oh yeah it was a migraine. The vomiting is a sign or an "aura" of your migraine to come. These type headaches are horrible and usually you are sensitive to light, sound and/or movement. You can get medication specific to migraine attacks. Talk to you parents if you can, as they are usually genetic. I suffered with these since I was a young girl. They are horrible.

Migraines can last up to 3 days. Since you had the vision and vomiting issues, you probably had a migraine.

sounds like a migraine to me. Is it bothering one side our head around your temple and neck stiffness?
They sure do suck. I've had them 1-3x months for about 13 years.
I take butalbitol, caffine and asprin. It sort of works. I tried a bunch of other things with zero luck. I also have some vicodin from a surgery at home I occasionally take. For the terrible ones that last 3-5 days, I need to get a shot of demerol from urgent care.
hope you feel better!

Migraines normally give warning of their arrival, halos around light fixtures, light senstivity, nausea, dizziness. Once the headache begins all of this intensifies and a migraine can last up to 48hours. Good luck

You pretty much described a classic migraine headache. Go see your Doc ASAP if the "woozy" stuff doesn't go away soon. In fact....try and get in today. Drink H2O !!!!
