I'm thinking about doing 2-3 fitness classes a week at the local leisure centre. I was thinking of taking a Pilates class for an hour a week. Does this help with weight loss? Tone parts of body? Can i lose any inches from my body?

Pilates is good for all parts of your body. It gives you flexability, it gets your body moving and it helps shape your body, and it does help burn off calories. It's probably one of the best excercises you can do. If you do it right you should lose inches.

you can lose, firm and pilates is great for range of motion. in other words you will love what it does to and for your body and mind. its wonderful.
