I have sufferd from derpression for 5 years now and today i had a very down spiral i even scared myself how much i didnt want to carry on, i rang my thearpist and she said theres not much they can help me with unless i self harm or sucide attempt, it seems no one will help me unless i do that,
I feel i have tryed everything from medication, thearpy, hpynothearpy.
its looks like i need to try and take it in to my own hands but how do i start? how can i try to make myself feel better?
and stop asking myself whats the point of life all the time.

with a good diet, will i burn some fat and gain muscle? or will i stay the same? i am trying to get in shape and lose some gut but i also want some lean muscle mass.

With proper training are we able to develop our ear to take higher decibel outputs with no harm, or will it always translate into ear damage? I mean significant tolerance too, like play an acoustic drum set or operate a jackhammer all day with no protection.

Im only 17, and I have BAD migraines almost everyday. I take Advil Migraine for them and it kinda helps, but not fully. I cant take any prescription pills because Im allergic and it makes it hard to breathe for me. Is there another hidden medical reason for migraines AND bad nausea? I went to my Dr. and she thinks Im faking because Im "too young to even know what migraines are" But im serious I have them so bad I have to laydown in a dark room for HOURS. Someone help. What might be another cause? I am kinda stressed out but neven when Im not, I still get them.

I never realized this until a couple of years ago. I look at myself and say how disgusting I look. I just think of myself as not being pretty at all. I've been told I am but I just don't believe it. If I really was pretty then I wouldn't have to wear makeup or anything. Not to mention be overall unhappy with the way I look. There is nothing I would like more then to get over this, whether it be through surgery or through psychological help, but the problem with that is, is that I don't have the money to get the help I need and there isn't really anyone I can talk to about this, because there is only one person that knows that about me. So what I wanted know is if there were any suggestions on what I should do.

sorry, bit gross but recently i have been getting awful pains in my lower back. They seem to be exarcebated by if i had missed a few bowel motions. I do have a lower back problem anyway, which i have had since my teens (i am 33)

This is a recent development. I dont know whether having had a baby might have brought it on. it started a 2-3 months ago about 10 months after i gave birth to my daughter.

Is it normal?

I am a mother of four and I go to college part-time. I am obviously pressed for time between keeping up with the home, errands, kids, homework & then there is me fitting this get myself back in shape thing in. Ok I am trying to loose weight so I lowered my calories to 1200 with little or no fatty foods(eating healthier foods I can eat sufficently without being hungry) and I am doing two hours of stationary cycling to burn what I put in. I am not loosing any weight. I thought that it was because I was breaking even but after talking to a specialist I was told that my body has gone into starvation mode. I am a bit lost at this point. Do I exercise less? Do I eat more?...I want to loose 65 pounds by september...my whole family has a vacation planned at the beach, I am very self conscience & with all the other girls & guys for that matter having perfect bodies... I won't be able to enjoy myself. In other words I'll be sweating it fully clothed on the beach. Help!

i'm not sure how common this back problem is - i know a gal at work has it too, so. it's getting worse. i was supposed to start physical therapy for it last year, but i had a lot of things going on and never got around to it.
one of my vertebres (sorry for spelling) in my lower back is slightly turned/crooked. it affects all of my surrounding muscles in my lower back and even around my hips and into my ab muscles EVERY DAY. i've had this pain for atleast 4 - 5 years now. it hurts when i stand or sit for a long time, or to bend over. it mostly hurts when i lay down! i know i will not be able to sleep on my back or stomach very much longer now... i'm almost 3 months pregnant. it hurts the worse sleeping on my side. i have neck aches too that i am unsure if it's related. i can NOT get comfortable. i've tried a pillow between my legs but it doesn't work. i wake up in terrible pain probably all the way up there to an 8/9 on a 1-10 scale.

anyone else have the same problem? or suggestions?

I smoked for six years and had my last cigarette three weeks ago. My sinus' have been very dry since about a week after I quit, and now they have started bleeding. I am also waking up with all kinds of mucus tinged with blood in my throat. I am not ill, so I'm thinking this has something to do with quitting smoking ... something to do with my mucus membranes repairing themselves? Anyone heard of this problem after quitting?

I am facing something very difficult and am wondering if anyone has any knowledge about this or has ever faced anything like this before:

I have been having terrible gastric problems for over a week now. Have even posted on here for advice. Very painful, strong gas, bad diarrhea, stomach pains, etc.

In addition: as of two days ago I am having sudden difficulty with my left hand. I cannot hold anything in it without dropping it, cannot type (I type 85 wpm...always have)...It is as if I my mind will not let my hands do what I am telling them to do.

As I mentioned in my earlier posts about my stomach, I am 2 weeks from my health benefits. I did check...this new company will not consider giving me them any sooner. And I am in no position to go to a doctor before that time.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Stress???

Could there be a connection between the two situations? Which strike me as utterly different and impossible to connect?

Any advice? TY!!!!

I sprained it 2 1/2 weeks ago. They did not feel they needed to xray it at the time. It's now still swelled on top of my foot at the bottom of my leg and is very weak and hurts a bit still.

There may be a chance I could be pregnant. If so, this will be my 2nd child. My nipples...just my nipples are sore! I have suffered from heartburn with my first child and last night I woke up with heartburn.

Now I would like to know your lower tummy just above your pantyline...is this area to be puffy or sorta harding?

This sounds pretty weird that I don't remember just 6 years ago with my son????
