If it keeps up you can get a career as a replacement for Barry White. He did great when his voice changed.

Actually your voice will carry on changing after puberty as you get older your voice will deepen even more. Best way for you to notice this change is make a voice recording of yourself over several years.

Ur voice is breaking! This happens 2 all teens goin through puberty! It takes a few years 4 it 2 break fully!!!!!

This symptom that you have is perfectly normal for kids about your age, it's called puberty. When my son started puberty he was 12 and he is 17 and his voice still cracks.

Yes, puberty lasts for quite a while. Different people take different amounts of time.

Whether boy or girl child - you are transforming metamorphically in to a grown up man. This is puberty. Don't worry.
Mustache will grow and sometimes your height would shoot up immediately within months.
Be careful.
Do some physical exercises to tone up your body and meditation to cultivate your mind.
