I'm not a doctor, but I experience the same thing except that my heart also races. My doctor calls it Supraventricular Tacchycardia, and I'm now taking a light dose of Toprol for it. I'm not saying that this is what you have but maybe you should ask your doctor about this.

this problem i had too!!!!!its because when you bow down for a long time or get a quick tention the heart will be rolled up!!!!!!! if it is coming too much you should consult a doctor as fast as you can
