If you are a beginner, 20 mins, if not... 45 to 60 mins is the best... at a pace where you can keep a conversation, this is the pace where you burn more fat. Less, you are doing nothing, more, you are not burning so much fat.... see. in heartbeats... substract your age from 180, that's the heartrate you need to keep the whole time.
