I have degenerative disk disease, with spinal stenosis, sciatica, herniated disks, and on SSI and Medicaid. It's not my fault that Medicaid is the only insurance I can get, I sure didn't ask for this disease!! I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I hate the thought of one day soon not being able to walk, just because the neurosurgeons, are descriminating against Medicaid patients. Wish I was a doc, and had some of the docs that descriminate come to me or one of their loved ones. I'd make sure the shoe was on the other foot. I'd say Tough!!! But, I couldn't be like that! I thought doctors had compasison for the human race, for peoples lives! I sometimes wonder, anymore days! What happened to the policy of treating patients regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Most specialist are arrogant blankity, blanks!!!

On Monday I went to my acrobat class(like floor gymnastics)and we were doing handstand-summersalts(you go into a handstand then roll down into a summersalt). I wasn't feeling well and my teacher kinda made me do them and every time I did them I landed VERY hardly on my lower back. We did around 20 or 30 of them. My back and butt hurt really badly. How can I help reduce the pain?

I I need some help in real time, but i'm having trouble telling anyone. I have a guidance counselor at school, but she's so busy and i'm just afraid to go and ask for help. I just mainly need someone to listen to me and give me some suggestions. I don't know what to do. My parents don't listen to me. SO i don't know how to ask fo rhelp, and i have trust issues, and i don't want tthem to tell my mom anything i say to them. How should i ask for help?? I'm so scared. Ever since fourth grade, when i tried to do a back bend my back has been hurting on and off for long periods at a time. Whenever i lay down in bed it hurt unless i slept in a certain position, and when i get up in the morning it hurts too. Its not really stopping me from daily functions, because it stops a little after I wake up, but still, nobody wants to feel pain and neither do I. Its been hurting me a lot lately. Does anyone have any solutions or advice to help me? Please and thank you.

She says she has a thick white vaginal discharge that's not chunky or clumpy, with a strong, sort of sweet odor. No itching, nothing like that. She says she's clean of STD's as well. Any ideas as to what this could be? I'm stumped.

I had my period on Jan 10 and that was almost 2 weeks ago. Yesterday afternoon I started to spotting. Its not heavy anuf to need a pad, liner, or a tampon. It is really dark red and brown. I see it when I wipe after using the bathroom but its not a nuf to leek in to my underware. I did have unprotected sex on Jan 19. Can some one give me an ideal about what is could be? .

I have a client who has stage 4 evasive lobular carcino of the right breast. It is caused by her body making massive amounts of estrogen and progesterone from some where in her body. They tried giving her a medication that would put her into menopause to stop the production of the estrogen but she got violently
ill after just two tablets. It actually did give her the symptoms of menopause but the depression was so severe she cryed for two days and was actually thinking of suicide which is something she never thinks of. She stopped taking the medication after the second pill and it took 2 days to lose the side effects. They say it is too big to do surgery (the tumor) and that chemo and radiation will not cure this type of cancer. We have been doing energy work which helps but periods make the tumor grow more. We are looking to find out if there is any other type of treatment for this condition that is alternative. I have some carsinoma homeopathic beads Will this help?

Isn't that like telling her if she can get a man's permission then she can have her tubes tied?

She's single, 26 years old and does not want to take the risk of being pregnant because of her diabetes
