It's good to keep a log of everything you eat. Write everything down and don't leave anything out.
It's even better if you have a friend to share you records with. That will help you not want to have to write something down, so you may resist eating that in the first place.
Don't try to stop eating your favorite foods completely. Just cut down.
Walking and other exercise helps too. It's easier if you have a couple friends to walk with.

Okay so you really need help. All right.
MeltRx 24 Ultraâ¢
Herbelex
Hodia 750
Corti Slim
Just to tell you if you take diet pills, you will lose weight but you'll gain it back agian. It is bad to take diet pills for so long. DOnt do that.
Other tips:
Exercise: go to the gym with a friend, get a aerobics video at home-you can do it all alone, jog as much as you can,
Good diet:
First rule-DONT STARVE YOURSELD. It is bad!!!
Cut out calorie filled stuff like pop, junk food ot make a limit like eat one type once in a day.
Eat your veges. Make a good dinner and lunch.
Instead of eating 2-3 meals every day move it up yo 5-6 meals in small portions
Hope that helped. Have fun losing them pounds.

Pills are not the answer.
Even if they work short term, you can't take them forever, and you'll gain all the weight back and probably more when you stop using them.
I created a plan for 2007 called The Logic Diet.
This plan was designed specifically for people needing to lose 50 to 100 pounds or more and learn to keep it off forever.
You get to eat LOTS of food at first while still losing weight so you can transition to your new lifestyle without going crazy during the process.
And NO exercise is required to see the results.

First of all if diet pills did work, companies affiliated w/ diet pills will be making kazillion dollars. Even if you lose weight because of diet pills, you will gain those weight back. Since it is really hard for large people to exercise because their mobility is limited. Because of your limited mobility, I suggest you start eating less everyday. Start by investigating what your calorie intake is everyday. That means you record everything that you eat. Do the recording for about a week and average your calorie intake by adding all your calorie intakes and divide it by a number of days you recorded... Let's say that your daily calorie intake is 3000. Then reduce your daily calorie intake to 2500. Over time, you will see the weight loss.
P.S. i would be glad to help... pm me if you need anything

girl I know being overweight sucks but please don't turn to a diet pill...it can put you at risk especially since overweight ppl already have more pressure on their heart...plus, once you stop the pills it will just come back....start working out because that will give you more energy and raise your metabolism, and if you lift weights your body will burn fat even when you are just relaxing, and you don't have to do anything drastic just start out slow...a little walk, light weights, cut out fast food, soda, fried foods, etc. i know it's probably not what you want to hear but if you want to lose weight PERMANENTLY and not just for a quick fix when the weight will come back on, you have to do it without diet pills.
