I have sore leg muscles, yet I continue with my training. The only thing is that I train every other day instead of every day because of the soreness.

depends on many things..are you overdoing it? Too many reps/too much weight? Running too long? You need to find a balance..on the whole it wont hurt you to work out sore muscles..it may actually help the soreness go away faster to do a milder workout...however..if you are sore all the time, then this is a red flag that you are pushing too hard...exercise is a cummulative thing..and remember, it really isnt about a hot body, but your health...pace yourself and your body will thank you...

There is a difference between soreness and pain. If your muscles are just sore, it is good to get the oxygen flowing to those muscles. You will actually recover quicker than if you quit working out. However, if you have real pain, lay off the workout.

"No pain: no gain" is just incorrect. You should not exercise when you're sore or you should change your form of exercise. The soreness is a message from your body to take it a little bit easier. Listen to what your body is telling you and ease up.

I would definately be careful. Some peope say soreness is good, others say it can be a bad thing. If it gets too bad ease off for a week or so and then gradually get back into it.
