Bone spurs are actually a deficiency of calcium which causes the body to leach calcium from the bone. As the calcium is being leached, it forms an eruption. This eruption is the bone spur.

Others have had success in dissolving the spurs by using 10-20 OsteoMatrix (calcium magnesium) plus 30 Alfalfa Complex. This has been known to take place within days and they are all natural supplements with no side effects.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions or if you are interested in the brand or website.

Not heard of the spoon pain killers.

u have to go to the root cause of the pain. Gel is a temporary relief.
check whether the footwear u r wearing is correct in all aspects. Some footwear are (more) tight and in some the heels rub against the soul of the shoes like lighting a match stick, which creates heat and gives rise to (acute) pain.

Check the way u walk
Check ur weight, it is ur heels that bears the brunt of the weight.

i don't know about the spoon thing but a chiropractor can help with that. they use a special tool that makes them go away over a peroid of time and they adjust your back which may help them from coming back.

See a chiropodist or podiatrist.

You don't know for certain that your pain is from heel spurs now, do you?
