Breath deeply is true, but first you must exhale deeply so the fresh air and oxygen can get in. Of course the other way is to go to an oxygen bar.
Exhale, more, more, more, push just a little more old air out - - now breath in slow and deep. . . . . ah. Doesn't that feel good.

Yoga for sure. Or when you take breaths, take slow deep breaths and try to hold it in (but don't hold your breath!) pretending its going to every cell of your body, and release slowly!
