Your period is part of your menstrual cycle. Your menstrual cycle generally lasts 28 days. During the first 21 days, the lining of your uterus becomes engorged with blood to feed a new fetus. If an egg isn't fertilized, the blood flows out of your uterus. This is your period. For most women, the flow lasts anywhere from 3-7 days.

5-7 days... depends on the person and each month can be different. Mine sometimes lasted 10+ days. If you're a teen that'll change a lot before it becomes regular and the pill can also change it. Just make sure to keep track of it on your own and go to the Dr. with any concerns. I, myslef have never had a regular period and I'm 36.

Usually for 7 days, but it can go up to 15 days. You should consult a doctor if it exceed 15 days!!
