Exercise can tone and firm so you look better, and of course there are always those gel inserts for ones bra; however the only way to truly have bigger breast is to gain weight (yuck) and then it is usually in places besides the breast - - or have the surgery.
Gosh I wish there was an easier way too, oh well - - good luck.

What do you need big boobs for? Be happy and contented with what you have. If you're doing this to please your man, then he just love you for fulfilling his fantasy. That's not love! You should pick a man who will be satisfied with what you can only offer.. but if you're doing this because you wanted to.. then that's your choice. My cousin tried to use Diane 35 and got big, full round boobs but you have to take it continously coz if not, boobs will sag. Another problem follows... be satisfied with what you've got gurl!

I've seen a show in which some trnsvestites were injecting their breasts with saline...but i dont think thats very healthy.
get a good bra!
