Are you all there?I've smoked the stuff before and i know what it does to our perceptions, maybe chemically it doesn't do anything to the fetus but c'mon...what if your stoned and happen to missjudge a step and whoops you fall down and loose the baby! Then what ...will all your "research" be for nothing?

P.s you've wasted 3 years of your life....i couldnt imagine how awful i'd feel if something went wrong.By the way so-called researchers are always changing their stories..one year milk is good for you,the next it's not...what makes you so right? What your doing is trying to ease your conscience which explaions all the attitude...you know you're wrong, but by getting you stupid little comment out there you somehow feel a bit better and less guilty...am i right?.......Ofcourse i am!!!

I have absolutely no idea what this is about. But I'll try to answer for the heck of it.

I'm not sure why you are bringing up the cancer card with marijuana in reference to pregnancy. I'm not going to say that drugs for medicinal purposes are bad. I was very happy to get medical-grade cocaine when I was hit by a car and they were taking a steel brush to my skin to remove the road rash, and to remove the dirt from the inside of my elbow.

I think the problem people have is to understand why any person would use a drug recreationally when pregnant. Why take the chance? Do you honestly think that the majority of Americans actually have to pass drug tests on a regular basis? Shouldn't that be a clue to you that what you are doing might be seen as wrong?

(By the way, it's obvious that you are not ACTUALLY a professional researcher - you would have had to receive at least a Bachelor's degree at an accredited college, and there's no way they would have let you graduate without the ability to write a coherent sentence employing punctuation.)

I agree that the information and research done on the effects of marijuana on a fetus is not very much but about 26 years ago I smoked while not knowing that I was pregnant and I delivered a 8lb 9oz baby girl , the heaviest of all my babies i had 4 and she is now a college grad, registered nurse and very beautiful and smart . She has no health problems but I still recommend that it should not be done if possible but if it alleviates the morning sickness and helps you to eat and you let your Dr. know . I also read a report done in Canada and it says that it has no ill or damaging effects but again this was 26 yrs ago and the propaganda against marijuana in the US is so ridiculous today that I wish they would spend the money on fighting terrorists and leave the pot smokers alone.

Where are you researching? On the crack corner. It is harmful to the fetus. It kills your brain cells and you are killing the babies before it is even born. If I had cancer NO I would not smoke it. I would try the tradional treatments and if that would not work then I would try other alternatives (legal ones)

You are an a**hole. If I had cancer, yes, I would smoke pot. But...newsflash...pregnancy isn't cancer...and you're harming your unborn child. Let your child make the same stupid decisions when he or she is old enough, rather than doing it for him or her.

And FYI...women have suffered with morning sickness since the beginning of time. It doesn't mean you go roll up a joint. Ever hear of soda crackers?

Of course I would smoke it to help if I had cancer. Actually I don't see how it is any worse than alcohol; except that it is illegal in this country.

Now, smoking when you are pregnant is another story; it is very hard for me to believe the smoke in your lungs and there for all of the byproducts that go through you blood isn't bad for your unborn baby.

You talkin to me? Are YOU TALKIN TO ME?

Why are you ranting?

I would love to answer your question, but I can't seem to locate it.

So here's the best answer I can conjure up to whatever you are supposedly asking: I think you're wrong to get high while pregnant. I also think you're wrong making up this weak argument that somehow smoking pot takes away pain. It all sounds like rubbish to me.

With this kind of attitude you don't deserve to be a mother. Gamble your health all you want for all I care but this infant didn't asked for his body to be violated this way. I smoke it occasionally but NEVER I would impose this on anyone, even less on a foetus.

It's not your body that is sick, it's your mind.

your harming your self and your unborn child when you smoke weed so I would call SCF if I was your friend so when the baby was born the baby would have a good healthy life from a freak like you.
